Located on the Cook Inlet with the impressive Chugach Mountain Range in the background, Anchorage provides a unique dining experience along with a great view. Perhaps the most famous food in Anchorage is reindeer dogs. The ingredients vary, but the hot dog contains a mixture of reindeer, caribou, pork, and beef. Seafood is also popular, and black cod is near the top of the list. After soaking in lime juice and soy sauce, the fish is grilled. Don't forget that the salmon served in Alaska is amazing.
