    A BYO restaurant, the menu changes regularly offering the best of in season produce with a classic, modern and warm dining experience. Chef Tim Michels has over 25 years’ experience as head chef at haute cuisine restaurants in Sydney, Hunter Valley and Brisbane. Together with maitre’d Victoria Michels who delivers the finest hospitality, the couple make a formidable team.
