Steakhouse founded in 2000 by Juan Gabler. Since then, Cuerovaca has specialized in grilling the finest steaks, coming from our Patagonia, the volcanic South of Chile and the United States.
Our experience is based mainly on beef from Angus and Wagyu breeds (a breed of Japanese origin, considered the best meat in the world). Additionally, we also prepare Patagonian lamb, as well as seafood and fish from our southern seas.
Our mission is to create an authentic Chilean gastronomic culture, a meat experience based on the best Chilean breeders, along with award-winning wines from our country. All this in a urban-contemporary environment, accompanied by a service of excellence. We also have a private interior barbecue area, glazed green house type, surrounded by evergreens and trees.

    ## Buriana: A Culinary Whirlwind in Santiago Buriana, named after the sudden wind that sweeps through Italy, is a restaurant that embodies the same spirit of surprise and delight. Located in the heart of Vitacura, Buriana offers a unique dining experience that blends traditional Italian flavors with innovative, globally-inspired dishes. Step into a modern and sophisticated space, designed by renowned architects Enrique Concha and Matías Honorato. The open kitchen allows you to witness the culinary artistry of Chef Stefano Ligori, who brings his two decades of experience to every plate. Indulge in a menu that is divided into two distinct sections: "Un Giorno di Sole" and "E' Arrivata la Buriana." The former features classic Italian dishes like Linguine alla Puttanesca and Risotto ai Gamberoni, while the latter showcases Chef Ligori's creativity with dishes like French Toast de ternera and Katsu Sando de filete. No meal at Buriana is complete without trying their delectable desserts. From the Brioche con Granita Siciliana to the Gelato Buriana, each bite is a symphony of flavors and textures. Buriana is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience
