Creekside Cafe
Price: Moderate•Breakfast•5(325)Creekside offers homemade food and the friendliest service. Breakfast and lunch are served all day. We use farm fresh eggs and a wide variety of only the freshest local ingredients thanks to our ag partners! We compliment this with tasty coffee, award-winning bloody marys and unique mimosas. In the summertime we host a serene patio with immaculate gardens right beside Soda Creek.Izakaya Carbondale
Price: Expensive•Japanese•4.9(259)Thank you for visiting Kenichi Izakaya Carbondale. An Izakaya is a type of informal Japanese pub. At sake breweries during the late 18th century, people in Japan began using sake kegs as stools, and snacks were served. This small plate menu was designed to encourage sharing amongst friends and family. Food is prepared in multiple kitchens and arrives as it is ready to ensure freshness. We make most of our menu in-house, from scratch, and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
If no reservations are available, please note that we do have walk in apcae at our bar and sushi bar. We hope to see you!
Fattoria

We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.Matsuhisa Vail

The Western Bar and Grill
Price: Expensive•Contemporary American•4.9(127)Grounded in its home setting, the original 1890s saloon, and dining hall, The Kitchen is a precursor to the classic steakhouse. It brings a farm-to-fire approach that honors time, place, and purpose, including the farms and ranches of the Western Slope. Built around a generous wood hearth that came to be renowned in the West, the restaurant uses nature as a guide and creates space for guests to slow down, connect, and make memories.
Remarkable tableside preparations, vintage cocktails, and friendly small-town hospitality allow guests to focus on going home with an authentic charming story, safely removed from the ordinary.La Francaise Bistrot
Price: Expensive•French•4.9(717)At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County.
