- HHubertShreveport •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThis night was a fixed menu for Valentine’s Day and it was great! The bbq quail, shrimp and crab cakes on the appetizer sampler were all good. We both chose the berry salad and were not disappointed. For entrees we chose the surf & turf (filet and lump crab meat) and the red snapper with lump crab meat. Both of these entrees were cooked to perfection. Our shared desert of dark chocolate mousse covered with a rich ganache and served with chocolate covered strawberries was a great finish to a magical outing.More info2 JohnsPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Bossier City•4.6

Discover Marshall
Marshall is an East Texas city known for its rejuvenated historic downtown. Locally owned coffeehouses offer premium blends of coffee, soups, salads, loaded baked potatoes and daily specials. Because the town has a large vegan and vegetarian population, almost all the local restaurants offer vegan menus and will even customize dishes to suit your tastes or dietary needs. If you are hoping for some meat, rest assured you'll have plenty of options. Marshall has several barbecue restaurants as well as American food restaurants serving quality beef, chicken, pasta and seafood dishes. With Louisiana so close, Cajun cuisine is popular here, too. You can find mudbugs - crawfish - in the spring and shrimp year-round. Make sure to try the local spin on Tex-Mex, known as “Texican” food, while you're there!
