Berkhamsted Restaurants

The food was great and the service was excellent. This is a very good restaurant with expert staff. We came here a few years ago shortly after it opened and were a little dissatisfied with the service, but now it has improved incomparably. We were surprised not to see more people there on Christmas Eve.

Really good food but run out of eggs, mulled wine & guiness. Without background music this pub can sometimes be a little devoid of atmosphere. Music wasn’t playing when we arrived but was as we left. Stark lighting doesn’t add to atmosphere.

Wonderful food matched by wonderful staff who go that extra mile. Not the biggest menu in the world but I think that adds to perfection in the choices available. Subtle and charming flavours, not your normal Indian food a la vindaloo and Korma. Will be back very soon as will our guests who enjoyed it as much as we did. Very highly recommended.

The food was delicious 😋 a nice selection of sandwiches and sweets and the procecco was also a nice touch .would definitely go again
