Instead of handing them an extra plate they actually cut the steak in half on its own full size plate. A lot of places will simply hand you a plate. Their steak was done perfectly. I had a bite and it was delicious. It had better flavor than my New York steak which came out medium instead of medium rare. But it was still very tasty and I just finished the leftovers for lunch. My husband had the prime rib and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was my birthday dinner and so I got a free dessert. I ordered the Crème Brulée and all four of us shared it. One of the best I have had and large enough that we all got our fill. Our reservation was for 6:30 which was perfect because we stayed well after finishing our meal to chat without feeling like we were hogging a table. The timing was perfect to receive our meal in just the right amount of time. The servers were pleasant, efficient, and very accommodating.
