- TTraceyCleveland / Akron / Canton •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAs always, the penultimate in service and food. We had the Gouda cheese appetizer special- small but very delicious! My husband had mushroom pappardelle and I had the gator island salmon, baby bok choy and the Brussels apple salad. Wine selection was very good. No room for dessert, but the dinner was delicious and I took some salad & bok chop home for lunch. Our server, Mary Jane, was wonderful- there when we needed her and helpful and very pleasant. A perfect night.More infoThe Perfect CaperPrice: Moderate• Contemporary French / American• Punta Gorda•4.9

- JJackieTampa / Central Florida West •1 review4.0Dined 7 days agoFood was very good. We picked this restaurant based on a google search. It is located inside a hotel which we knew but didn't expect it to be an open area like most hotels that serve breakfast. The website pictures showed a different vibe. The food and service were very good which offset the hotel food court vibe. I had salmon that was perfectly cooked. Everyone else in my group also enjoyed their meal. We never felt rushed and had an enjoyable dinner.More infoDockside Grill at Four Points Punta GordaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Punta Gorda•3.8

Discover Punta Gorda
Punta Gorda, located on Florida's west coast, has access to some of the best seafood in the country between fresh catches from the Gulf of Mexico and the occasional catfish or bass out of the Everglades. From the most casual beach bar to a fancy restaurant, fresh seafood can be found in abundance. Menu favorites include shrimp po'boys or shrimp and grits along with grilled mahi mahi or grouper. During certain seasons, mini lobsters and stone crabs make an appearance on most menus. If you're in the mood for something other than seafood, Punta Gorda has everything from fabulous Italian and Asian restaurants to American bistros. Given Florida's summer heat and warm winters, menus typically feature refreshing dishes that include citrus flavors and lighter sauces.
