Churchill's Steakhouse
Price: Expensive•Steakhouse•4.9(919)Churchill's is truly one of the country's great steakhouses. It is one of only a handful of steakhouses that exclusively serves 100% USDA Prime beef from midwestern, corn fed cattle. Our beef is dry-aged and meticulously handled by our expert team. The steaks are then cooked in a custom made, top heated, radiant broiler at temperatures of 1,800 to 2,200 degrees sealing in the savory juices.
Churchill's impressive menu includes USDA Prime domestic Lamb Chops, Duroc Pork Chops, fresh fish and shellfish and other seasonal seafood offerings such as Copper River Salmon.
Our bakery turns out fresh baked dinner rolls daily along with a variety of home made cakes and desserts. First timers must try our famous "Chocolate Sack".
Our lively cocktail lounge, located in the lower level, has an elegant yet casual atmosphere.Wild Sage American Bistro

Price: Expensive•American•4.5(446)Welcome to the Steam Plant Restaurant and Brew Pub! This historical building actually functioned as a steam plant between 1916 and 1986, when the last boiler was shut down in December of that year.
Then years later, the old plant was transformed from a dirty, drab industrial behemoth into a cathedral-bright architectural showcase becoming a functional commercial space while maintaining as much history and equipment as possible within the rigid guidelines of historic renovation. Fortunately, the iconic twin stacks continue to lend a uniqueness to the Spokane skyline.
Since reopening in November 2021, the Steam Plant has partnered with Grain Shed Brewing whose beers are made with regionally sourced ingredients. The bar and dinner menus have been updated to showcase local favorites. Prices range from $11 - 16 for shareable appetizers, soups & salads, handhelds, and pizza; entries range from $18 - 38; and desserts range from $9 - 19 for the Steam Plant Shareable that feeds 4-6 people.

- KKarenSeattle / Eastern Washington •5 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoThe salads, steaks and halibut were fantastic. The loaded hash browns were not a hit. Tip: the main course halibut my husband ordered was massive, too much, I ordered the small portion and it was the perfect amount. It was a great place to be able to visit with friends over dinner.More infoSpencer’s for Steak and Chops – DoubleTree by Hilton Spokane City CenterPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Spokane•4.4

The food was delicious & affordable- quaint little alcoves as you make your way through the place. We ended our time having a play off with Pac-man & Centipede located in the back. Freshly caught mussels from Puget Sound sauteed with shallots and white wine served with French fries in a gremolata seasoning is a favorite on the sunny side of Washington. American fusion dishes like crab mac and cheese, truffle penne, and pork osso bucco are catching on with guests and locals too. As the creator of Father's Day, Spokane has many European restaurants serving traditional meals such as coq au vin with new potatoes in herb butter, arugula, carrots, and a parsnip mostarda. They also serve a diverse selection of rose, white, and red wines, including Pinot Noir, Bourgogne, and Zonin Prosecco NV.
