We has the fried shrimp wrapped in a slice of eggplant, accompanied by crispy pieces of pork belly, and roasted pine nuts. I imagined a BBQ shrimp style sauce with this plate but came more with a sweet sauce, a still five star dish. We also had the $65 Ribeye. They could do better with this steak. I would try chef's other creations than the steak next time. Their Crème brulee was outstanding. Wonderful gumbo with a very buttery cornbread. The mahi-mahi was flavorful with a delicious side of veges and gnocchi. Portions were modest, which I like. Great ambiance and friendly service.

Food was excellent. We had Mahi-Mahi with mixed vegetables as our entree which was cooked perfectly and delicious. For dessert, we ordered the white chocolate bread pudding which was amazing. Our server, Jeremy was excellent. He offered great recommendations and his personality matched perfect with ours which made for a very enjoyable meal. We will definitely be back.

Restaurant Rebirth is by far one of the most fabulous dining experiences that we have had ever! From start to finish, there was a level of excellence, creativity, and impeccable attention to detail in every moment and bite. The chef’s creative vision of the regional offerings was spectacular. The Management and service was impeccable. Riley and Shane made the experience even more enjoyable with their knowledge, recommendations and pride in everything the restaurant provides. The fish of the day and scallop entrees were wonderful. Do not miss the fabulous bread pudding and crème brûlée for dessert!
Further, Restaurant Rebirth has a cozy intimate, yet casual atmosphere, which makes it truly an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it and plan to come back on my next trip to New Orleans.

Our table was ready for us. The server,Kaitlin,was very pleasant and informative. She assured us that our food would arrive by course and not all at once...she managed that very well. Cocktails were enjoyable as well as our 3 course meal with a glass of wine . Nice varied menu. Pricing is moderate for the area.The room tends to be a bit loud,but the manager controls a nice playlist to keep the vibe at a good level.

First night arriving rather late but hungry, right out the back door of the Marriott Warehouse Arts District is this tiny, clubby gem filled with friendly service people and delicious things to eat. At 9pm on a Monday, we were were greeted like out of town friends dropping in, and they were happy to answer any questions we had. The Crispy-fried Louisiana oysters, grilled wild mushrooms & tasso, in a Parmesan black pepper cream over fresh angel hair pasta felt like something we had been waiting for our whole lives, the small kettle of gumbo was spicy-comforting, and the complimentary triangle of honey-cornbread made us vow to find a cookbook store somewhere. We ordered a side bowl of Crawfish and Tasso Maque Choux, which tastes like your mom’s creamed corn - IF you lived on a bayou full of crawfish next to a field of fresh corn. We wished we’d come earlier and had room to try so many more dishes, but we’ll be back.
