    Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Kost yesterday. To begin with, the service was far from accommodating. I arrived before my friend and had to wait for 10 minutes at an empty table, during which no one offered me a drink menu or checked if I’d like to order something while waiting. When I finally ordered, I chose the "Half Chicken Veracruz," which turned out to be the most poorly presented dish I’ve ever been served at a restaurant. The sauce tasted like plain ketchup, which suggests the chef needs to put more effort into refining the recipe. My friend, who only ordered a drink, mentioned that she avoids ordering food at Kost because she’s never had a good experience with the meals. She added, "The only thing this restaurant has going for it is the view," and after my visit, I’m inclined to agree. Given the high status of this restaurant, I believe improvements are urgently needed in both the service and the quality of the food. Thank you for your attention.

    Had a wonderful time at Kost for birthday brunch. The service was perfect. Drinks and food delicious. Not noisy at all — loved that music was very low, so people didn’t have to speak loudly.
