The name Sportful Garden is well-known among the foodies Hong Kong, and for those with a love for Cantonese cuisine, they well require no introduction. They are often considered as one of the best purveyors of dim sum in Hong Kong, and as one of the hubs of Chinese culinary excellence anywhere in the world, that is no small claim. If you pay a visit to one of their locations – such as their outlet on Hoi Fai Road in Olympian City, just on the outskirts of Tai Kok Tsui – then you’re in for a Cantonese treat. Book a table now and had on over – take the MRT to along to Olympic train station – to try it out: we’re sure you’ll come back for more. 陶源酒家(鮑魚專門店)於2002年在香港正式開業，專門提供中高檔粵式菜餚、創意精緻點心及其他名貴食材，如：鮑魚、海參、鮮活海鮮和燕窩等。今年八月新張開幕的奧海城陶源分店位處於港鐵奧運站上蓋，交通四通八達。店內擁有特高樓底宴會廳，配襯法式巨型燈飾和無柱式開揚設計，華麗高雅，適合各式宴會。現時陶源分店總共12間，每間分店設有不同的招牌菜式可供顧客選擇。奧海城陶源分店的招牌菜有「文昌蔥油雞」。(The Fresh Wenchang Chicken with Scallions)
