餐點服務不錯，就是用餐環境有些擁擠，鄰座吵鬧會受影響，食材豐富，搭配之飲料機也相當有質感，肉質跟湯頭都很好。

員工太少了，感覺員工都要忙弊了可能員工太忙也太年輕，很多東西也無法推薦介紹的，或是有些酒類產品

服務生態度好像較消極服務鈴後來的速度慢，也沒有主動想介紹菜單，看起來很不快楽的在上班而已⋯⋯不想再去了

帶位、點餐、出餐、結帳，任何服務都等超久！很像花錢來等的，每一個服務都等等等等等⋯⋯ 然後有收共鍋費但點心沒有多一份覺得匪夷所思

明明服務生很多，但感覺就是沒有規劃好分區服務，光點餐就等了15分鐘，服務鈴按八百遍都叫不到服務，最後沒有吃到甜點就結帳離開了。

牛肉好吃，蔬菜盤也不錯，但服務人員不會主動介紹菜單，請她介紹菜單，好像背課文給客人聽，一點都沒有溫度……，沒有耐心，這一點很扣分

服務鈴按了十五分鐘才來，加點一包王子麵等了快20分鐘，服務態度冷淡，肉質普通，等加湯等到湯到快乾了還自己去拿才加到湯，這樣子的服務品質還收什麼十趴的服務費，總之不會再去了

第一次到貴餐廳用餐，都沒有講解餐點如何選擇以及環境介紹，例如：飲料吧跟醬料的介紹母親節用餐人數比較多，服務人員很忙碌隔壁桌還跟服務人員起爭執，因為用餐時間的問題⋯⋯ 覺得這樣的價位顧客就會有所期待，不然就去一般平價刷刷鍋就好了！

幾位女性服務員，態度都很好，但男性服務員，就比較沒那麼親切，是有完成工作，但感覺就很制式流程這樣，沒能感受到有特別服務的感覺，畢竟用餐內含一成服務費，建議改善
