一開始問烤鴨可以多加錢有其他處理嗎？服務生回：不行。我們烤鴨切完後，另一個服務生來說怎麼沒有點其他處理方式？我們點完後等到整桌人都快睡著、晚會也開始了，還有一個鴨肉沒送上來，服務生一直問廚房，但都沒告知原因在哪，只一直說再處理了、快好了（這些話聽了40分鐘）本來有加點果汁，但也是一樣，等了3-40分鐘還不知道果汁處理到哪裡？重點是….昨天用餐時人明明不多！！！服務生一問三不知，一份花枝丸幾顆？不知道。一份蝦子幾隻？不知道。這怎麼會是一間五星級飯店裡該有的餐廳？兩個主管就看著一群完全什麼都不會的服務生在那裡亂竄，一堆菜堆積在出菜口多時，也不見有人去處理。
