    胡同吧台可以有幫忙烤的服務，肉質品質不錯，松阪豬和橫隔膜推薦，其他有點偏貴，但目前沒有踩雷，同樣預算或許有其他更好的選擇。

    店員細心和用心服務，會顧及食客速度而燒烤食物，食物質素一流。下次會再光顧。 中段隔離食客頗大聲說話，店員很快和很細心留意到我們受到騷擾，主動幫我們低調換位置，處理手法有顧及大家感受，謝謝他們的用心。

    位置有點小，但畢竟是1號店。若希望寬敞點，可以考慮到其他店。不過服務跟餐點都很不錯，尤其有人幫你烤，就不擔心烤焦。

    雖然吧檯的位置很小，但是因為店家全程幫忙烤的關係所以也不太有擺不下的問題，服務人員卉卉佔據我們評價的一半，是她讓整體用餐體驗非常好的最重要因素，當然食材方面胡同一直都是保有一定水準，東西好吃選項又豐富！
