隔壁客人說話超級大聲，一副自以為是的嘴臉態度很差一直講一直講這位客人看你們很熟接那麼多次就放任他在那邊吵鬧以為吃個高單價火鍋就吹上天超級可悲的老人請你們篩選一下用餐客人的素質

出餐速度可以在快一點整體用餐感覺很棒服務人員介紹菜單很仔細物品都很新鮮，特色料理很多停車方便

沙拉的薑超辣，完全不搭的一道菜蕎麥麵口感軟爛，也是挺雷的其他表現中規中矩最不能接受的是女性同伴菜盤才吃沒幾口，服務員就來說：因為有別的空桌，我幫妳把海鮮拿到別鍋煮好給妳，好嗎？試問，煮好拿來是要放到冷掉才吃嗎？還是先吃海鮮，讓菜煮到爛掉？於是我幫同伴回絕了，這時已經可以感覺到有種在催促用餐速度的感覺，等到菜盤快吃完，服務員又來說來幫妳煮海鮮了嗎？此時烏龍麵就擺在旁邊還沒煮，我說：可是烏龍麵也還沒煮，服務員才說那先幫妳煮烏龍麵…… 理解服務員是受到主管指示用餐不能超時才會有如此作法，也是迫於無奈，但肉片跟麵放在桌上從沒來問過要不要煮了，就只有海鮮一直問，因為最後還要煮粥，所以希望海鮮趕快煮一煮。今天沒照服務員的節奏用餐時間約72分鐘，也還沒超時，但這段時間壓力好大，同伴想著要吃快一點，趕快結束這一餐，品嚐的心情都沒了，枉費了餐廳這麼漂亮的裝潢跟擺設

回訪過很多次價格裝潢食材都表現的很不錯但在服務的細節還有能夠更細膩的地方例如：應該在移動客人桌面上的醬料盤前就必須先確認還有沒有需要，而不是移動了才問。在多人點餐時，應該要更有順序，服務人員如果能夠先說明清楚，會給人更好的感受。

燈光美，氣氛佳，服務態度都很好～肉品好吃，海鮮也都很新鮮，服務生會幫忙處理海鮮的部分，最後也有煮粥的服務，會願意再回訪～

服務不錯，但點心一般般～～但很喜歡肉很好吃，但火鍋煮牛舌還是不太習慣，希望未來可以換別的肉品。

真的很好吃！和牛、伊比利豬都品質很好，最後煮稀飯也很讚。主要坐位都是像酒吧吧檯那樣一圈，服務非常快速方便。

服務人員的服務品質很好會關心到客人狀況還有需求給與協助還有幫忙撥蝦服務喔～非常的貼心～環境也很好氣氛佳～CP值超高
