    吃過多家的燒肉店，宜蘭第一名燒肉店一定是燒肉吉室，服務好、食材新鮮味道佳、cp值更不用說，整體用餐非常愉快，絕對值得推薦朋友們來！！！

    當天用餐消費899元最高價位，用餐環境整體算是很棒，服務人員也很常詢問餐點是否有問題或漏送，店內音樂也不會太大聲，首先推薦肉類有厚切牛舌（超級無敵厚切，肉質軟嫩Q彈記得別烤太熟）伊比利豬油脂剛好薄薄的一片吃起來口感鮮甜不膩，雞肉沒吃🤣，炸物類跟熟食超推（炸蝦🍤、鮭魚、和牛握壽司），海鮮超級推薦（生食級干貝、帝王大生蠔🦪、螃蟹腳）偷偷告訴你螃蟹腳可以拜託店員煮！會用柴魚高湯煮螃蟹腳，螃蟹腳口感香甜肥美，柴魚高湯濃郁香醇，兩個搭配彷彿置身大海🌊！

    我們的位置一開始遇到滴水，請求服務人員換位置(而且當時還有很多空桌)，但是對方不換，還說把冷氣關掉就可以了。我們詢問為什麼不能夠幫我們換位置，對方回答如果換位置那別組客人坐了不就也會被水滴?所以我活該被水滴嗎?

    當天可能是太多組客人，員工忙不過來，導致我們點的餐都沒有送上，服務員看到我們的空桌會貼心提醒我們可以加點，但我們點了東西卻遲遲未上來，直到點餐時間過後很久，東西才一次上，導致我們最後為了要趕上吃飯截止時間而吃的很趕，因為點的東西沒上來導致我們一直點餐，最後一次全部送上，為了不浪費食材而每個人都吃到太撐，還有烤網的更換從頭到尾只換過其中一爐，而且只有一次，這次的用餐體驗不是很好。

    用餐環境良好且乾淨整潔， 食材新鮮肉品鮮嫩海鮮新鮮多樣， 服務人員態度很好主動幫忙去蝦殼 讚👍，想要找家人朋友一起再去吃吃。

    蚊子很多 牆壁都黏黏的 跟剛開的時候差很多 感覺有點退步了 其他都還可以接受。

    服務人員每一個都很有禮貌，只是有些點的食物好像沒有全上，有點可惜，不過整體來說是個很友善的用餐地方

    台北的朋友來宜蘭玩，特定帶她們來吃 結果朋友跟我講牛五花怎麼變這麼肥（第一盤的油花很正常），我舉手告知服務人員 表示這盤肉油花太多我們要退掉 然後該服務人員表示那我們下一盤還要上嗎？（因為朋友想吃所以又再點一盤），我們表示要上，但是呢，服務人員居然回答：但是可能是同一塊肉耶，這樣我們還要嗎？ 我們當然不要啊，後面也沒講清楚如果後續我們還想吃牛五花怎麼辦，人就走了 朋友整個超級傻眼😑 後面又出現點了烤土司 結果送來了不知道是土司頭還是土司尾的 反正就是不是一般的烤土司😑 這時候朋友已經不是傻眼了 告知服務員想換一塊也跟她說明了 結果啥也沒有 朋友居然還問我這家店的烤土司都是這樣嗎🫠 重點兩次的反應效果都超差的 朋友其實超級想吃牛五花 結果因為服務人員回答的不明不白 導致後面她都不敢再點😑

    沒看過一家店還沒入坐開始算時間， 怎麼不說你們耽誤我的時間要補還給我， 不願接客可以告知我訂位時間已過， 我接受但用這個方式真的蠻無言。 不評論餐點好不好吃 吃完進廁所看到死老鼠 真的很反胃 衛生堪慮
