    好吃實惠，環境寬敞空間舒適,生意興隆，聲音也挺大的，服務人員親切接待，電子化點餐很方便快速，愉快的用餐經驗！

    我看到清潔人員清桌子時，摸了上一桌客人用過的衛生紙，後來沒換手套又繼續擺餐具給下一桌客人 我覺得蠻不衛生了

    環境吵雜，很多用餐完畢後的餐桌都沒收，任憑小朋友在走道上玩耍，明顯人手不足，應該適時調整人力或是減收以維護品質

    整體來說都很不錯，不過可能人很多的關係，就算是訂位了，去到現場還是等了13分鐘。 除了筷子很難用還有音樂有點大聲之外，都還算不錯

    很慢的上菜 還上錯 菜盤都快吃完了 火鍋都煮乾了 肉還沒上………….店家要加強員工訓練的sop

    感受得到人力非常不足 用餐時間被拉長很多 還好沒有限時 同一個套餐要等非常久才能把缺項補齊 餐後點也拖延很久

    十七是我常推薦給朋友的火鍋店，因為用餐環境好，服務人員態度佳，食材的新鮮是很推的，好湯頭更是用餐的重點。我自己喜歡去也常推薦給朋友。

    我們五個人預約13點整，12:58到門口時先跟場外店員報到，後來大約等了約10-15分鐘讓我們進場，點餐完送鍋底、菜盤和肉盤都有等一段時間(畢竟還是中午吃飯時間很多人，比較慢可以理解)，但已經吃到剩1/4了，其中一盤雞柳一直沒來，跟一位店員反應後說會催廚房，又過了10多分鐘還沒來，再跟另一名店員反應，但等了10分鐘還是沒來(都已經吃完了)，只好又跟一位店員反應，雞柳才送來。 午餐時段餐廳內真的人超級多，所以當場也都沒責怪店員，就是事實陳述送餐速度真的很慢XD 不過餐點CP值很高，也好吃

    人很多，生意很好，服務人員不足。食物還可以，就是需要服務人員時他們都在忙。 或許平日用餐，服務會好一些。 還是會再光臨。

    輕井澤旗下的火鍋店，吃起來感覺差不多，沒有特別的記憶點，但就是好吃，朋友來聚餐算是首選的幾間店😋😋😋
