   服務很親切很周到，食物精緻美味可口，用餐環境也很舒適，停車方便。 下次家庭聚餐，我還是會到這家餐廳用餐。

   可能超過10年沒在西堤用過餐了，感覺還是不錯，服務很到位，主菜多了好幾樣，對沒吃牛肉的顧客友善，小點心也很不錯

   廚房位置跟座位區很近，所以很吵雜~常有盤子碗撞擊的聲響，很吵~ 餐廰內部氣味也不是很好~！這次用餐感覺不是很滿意

   服務與態度很好！需要什麼都盡快幫我們處理。辛苦你們了。貼心服務這點就很加分。個人覺得原塊牛肉五分熟粗筋很多，非常不好切。

   一個看似主管高層的服務人員，直接無視我們的需求，整個餐廳很吵雜，服務生也都手忙腳亂，情緒都很暴躁，食物也沒有比以前好吃了，牛排一端上來，就充滿油煙味，整體感受度極差，明明是來慶祝母親節，卻吃的很不開心，不會再回訪王品集團旗下的任何餐廳。

   餐點原味肉塊美味好吃，服務很親切有效率，湯品熱.且好喝;當日幫孩子慶生，氣氛很好;整體很推薦!!! 希望蔬菜可以多一些。

   鴨胸跟布蕾紅茶超讚的，服務也很不錯 ~感謝~還有炸魚盤超軟嫩，搭配醬，很可以哦~檸檬沙瓦也讚讚啦~

   環境很吵，可能是裝潢因素也就罷了，服務生帶位跟結帳很像在趕客人，甜點千層酥裡面還吃到塑膠片，湯不錯喝但牛排品質不是特別好，飲料還不賴

   前菜沒有其他選項！ 最少2選1 比較好 。 鴨胸⋯ 很生有種腥味 冷掉後皮也很噁心。 甜點的布朗尼也⋯⋯不是布朗尼 偏蛋糕 整體只有湯是可以

    桌子都靠滿進的😅剛好用餐就一直聽到隔壁的喧嘩聲...這個就真的很不ok！我知道店家也無法避免，但希望至少可以貼個公告告知會比較好。
