Today, there are multiple restaurants across the country, including the Naperville location that's run by proprietor Franco Korur.Open seven days a week, Ted's Montana Grill in Naperville offers tasty meals in the Old West tradition including bison meatloaf sandwiches, savory burger options, short ribs, strip steak and more. The restaurant serves bison as a way to encourage ranchers to build their herds, actively ensuring that the bison persists as a living symbol of the American West. The servers are always friendly and knowledgeable. The food is a little expensive but the flavor and recommendations are always worth the price. Both the Naperville and Bolingbrook locations are great!

We sat at the bar next to where all the food was being prepared. It was cramped and loud and unpleasant to be right next to the kitchen staff.
