◉訂位須知
• lnline網路訂位系統固定開放當月之預訂；訂位需輸入信用卡資訊，訂位系統將於訂位成功後傳送訂位訊息，此階段您將不會收取任何的費用，逾期未綁定信用卡將取消預約，並不另行通知。
• 晚膳的用餐時間皆為120分鐘。
• 餐廳可接待兒童，若可食用與大人同等餐點，則將提供完整套餐，並收取完整餐費。如無法食用與大人同等餐點者，本店可為孩童準備簡易餐點，請務必另外聯絡我們。
• 如有特殊需求如：須攜帶幼童、行動不便者、商業或特殊餐會等需預訂包廂，也請另外聯絡本店。
• 訂位成功後，您將會收到訂位完成之簡訊或電子郵件。空號電話或錯誤號碼之訂位預約將視為訂位不成立，餐廳將會直接取消訂位。
• 訂位成功後無法更改日期及更改人數，如有需要協助，請電話聯絡本店。
• 如現場臨時增加人數，餐廳保有不接待增加客人之權利。

◉取消退費須知
• 取消訂位於3日內（不含訂位當日）取消，將收取套餐價格30%x原訂位人數之取消費用；例如：1/1取消1/4該日原1人的晚膳訂位，將收取3000元x30%=900元的取消費用，以此類推。
• 取消訂位於1日內（不含定位當日）取消，將收取套餐價格50%x原訂位人數之取消費用；例如：1/3取消1/4該日原1人的晚膳訂位，將收取3000元x50%=1500元的取消費用，以此類推。
• 於用餐日的【當日取消訂位】及【當餐最晚用餐時間前未出席】，將收取套餐價格100%x原訂位人數之取消費用。
• 如遇上不可抗拒之因素，請透過電話與本店服務人員聯繫！

◉餐廳規定
• 訂位人數達10人以上可提供包場服務，詳細內容還請透過我們的Instagram或Facebook或是撥打我們的電話進行詢問。
• 禁帶外食/外帶飲料，可自備慶生蛋糕，但需酌收清潔費200元。
• 為維護用餐體驗及食品衛生安全，恕無法打包食用不完的餐點。
• 當日額外的消費金額皆由現金或信用卡支付。

Food is excellent, especially in southern Taiwan. Comparable to what you would find in Taipei. A good mix of ingredients from Japan & Taiwan. Service is good. Folks sitting next to me were also from California, so we had quite a great conversation all evening. Each and every dish was excellently prepared. I would definitely visit again on my next trip to see what kind of surprises the chef has for me.

食物很好，價格實惠，就是用餐的流程和服務仍需改進一下。例如，清酒沒有用小壼保冷，只有從酒樽倒入杯子的一刻是冰的。吃到一半時店員都跑去了洗碗清理，外面客人沒茶沒酒了很長時間。還有各樣的小問題，就是頗影響用餐的感覺。有點可惜了那麼好的食物。

It was one of the best omakase that we have had. The value of money is just astronomically high. The chef is super skilled and the dishes are all very well prepared on the spot. We highly recommend this restaurant!
