Bez ikakve zezancije sada. Meso u zabatku je bilo skoro cijelo sirovo, ali kada smo pozvali konobara da pogleda meso on je bahato odgovorio da je to sigurno sunka da ne postoji opcija da je meso sirovo. Drugi put kada smo ga pozvali opet je sumnjao u to da je meso sirovo ali je napokon odnio to u kuhinju. Ubrzo nakon toga se vratio i poceo ispricavati jer je shvatio da je u krivu. Nakon toga nam je dao na izbor bilo sta drugo da zamjenimo za taj zabatak. Drugo jelo smo cekali pre pre dugo i doslo je vec malo hladno. Izbjegavati Batak u sirokom luku, nakon svega toga sa racuna su samo makli sirovi zabatak 😂😂😂😂

Eravamo in 8,5 adulti,2 adolescenti e 1 bambina e tutti hanno potuto degustare un piatto di loro gradimento spendendo meno di 20 euro a testa prendendo anche un vino costoso e 3 acque.Ci hanno anche offerto un digestivo al mirtillo davvero squisito.La cameriera Sara è stata davvero molto gentile.Insomma super consigliato!!

The service was awful. I have asked for the menu but the waitress's reaction was shocking. He said rudely to me to calm down. I was shocked. The others were very rude as well.

All Batak locations are a good choice in Zagreb: consistent service and delicious food. The salads and too small and overpriced.

Die Kellnerin vom Samstagabend war total unfreundlich. Sie hat die Augen verdreht, weil wir länger hatten für die Wahl aus dem Menu. Ausserdem war die Rechnung falsch, welch wir trotzdem so bezahlt haben, um keine Diskussion mit ihr zu führen. So eine Bedienung lässt nicht mehr Sterne zu. Das Fleisch im Burger war innen fast schon lila und aussen verbrannt. Der Burger war mit Tomaten und Salat gefüllt, sehr mager. Die Cevapi waren ok. Wir werden das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Juha od rajčice super, a od buče malo prerijetka. Meso sočno, dobro pečeno. Salata ukusna - svježa rikola.

Izuzetno neljubazan konobar dočekao nas je sinoć na večeri. Odmah na početku dok se nisu ni okupili svi ljudi, navaljivao je da odmah narucimo rečenicama "Što ćemo,hoćete ovo,hoćete ono..." bez ponuđenog menia, koji je donio tek na upit i nakon sto sam rekla da pričeka da se svi okupe. Kod naručivanja je bio nestrpljiv i požurivao me. Kad sam pitala koliko je lepinja u porciji, odgovorio je "Što ja znam koliko ćete vi lepinja". Kad sam tražila preporuku za vino, rekao je da pogledam sama u kartu. Vodu je nosio kao da smo na svadbi, čim ponestane, bez da ju je itko i tražio, no to je još najmanji problem. Dođeš proslaviti rođendan,a tijekom cijele večeri osjećaš nelagodu i gledaš njegovo neraspoloženo lice. Hrana je bila ukusna, pohvala kuharima i ostalim konobarima. Svatko moze imati loš dan,ali ne kvari ga drugima. 😊
