   El lugar es bello, de mucho prestigio y tradición. La comida no muy buena, en comparación en precio y calidad con platillos similares en lugares del mismo nivel. El ambiente excelente, muy acogedor, meseros muy profesionales atentos y excelentes servicios. Muy elevados los precios de los alimentos para la calidad de los mismos. Pagas elevados lugar nada más .

   The Service and Food have been excellent. The live Langustas great too and also the winemenue. The view from the Terasse is gorgeous directly in the lagoon. Will come tomorrow again!

   Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para compartir su experiencia. Lamentamos mucho saber que el servicio fue lento y que la pasta con camarones no estuvo a la altura de sus expectativas. Nos esforzamos por brindar un servicio eficiente y amable, y nos preocupa saber que en esta ocasión no cumplimos con su estándar. Tomaremos medidas para identificar qué pudo haber causado la demora y mejorar nuestros procesos. En cuanto a la pasta con camarones, lamentamos que la haya encontrado seca. Utilizamos ingredientes frescos y preparamos nuestros platillos con cuidado, por lo que nos gustaría investigar qué pudo haber sucedido en este caso.    El 24 de diciembre disfrutamos una Cena en El lorenzillo. Nos toco una Mesa que hicieron mucho escandalo. La comida por El Valor Benificio - es algo Caro. El ambiente es muy Bonito. Lo recommiendo mucho a probarlo.

   First off it is very expensive however, it was the best meal we had in Mexico in 6 days. We had lobster and crab crapes as an appetizer and the 2 of us ordered the broiled lobster with garlic and butter as our main meal. One of the best lobster either of us have had in our lifetime and we eat lobster a lot. We also ordered a bowl of lobster bisque and we do not recommend that. Great A+ service and the environment was wonderful. We sat outside by the lagoon and had the fun opportunity to watch a crocodile beg for food the entire dinner. If you're considering it just eat here the only thing you'll regret is your empty wallet lol

   I give this restaurant three stars and a world traveler, and I was very disappointed because I also live here in the island of Cancun Mexico and this is a beach atmosphere! I was wearing my hat that said Cancun and they made me remove my hat if I wanted to sit inside so I had to sit outside of the restaurant and I wasn’t able to listen to the music playing live at the time! I’m extremely disappointed With a administration and the owner of this place that they apply those rules!

We understand that Cancun is a casual destination, but we do have a dress code that requires guests to remove their hats while dining inside. We would like to clarify that this policy is in place for a couple of reasons. First, it ensures that all of our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, with clear sightlines across the restaurant. Secondly, in Mexican culture, the dining table is considered a place of respect, and wearing a hat at the table can be seen as disrespectful. We strive to be mindful of local customs wherever possible.

    We had an amazing server, Izzie, and his made at table Caesar salad is not to be missed. Whether it's calamari, crab, oysters or pasta, this old favorite never disappoints.
