   Music is far too loud. Service was extremely slow. Apps, entrees and dessert took us two and a half hours. Drinks also took 30 minutes each time to bring out from when ordered.

   Such a fantastic experience like always at any of the RPM restaurants. This was our first time at RPM and it was outstanding! Our waitress, Anna, went above & beyond this evening. We were out celebrating my boyfriend’s promotion and she was very sweet is giving us complimentary champagne and cotton candy for dessert. She gave us great recommendations for our meals. The food was absolutely amazing and we will absolutely be back! I can’t recommend this place or any of the RPM restaurants enough.

   Service is great. Cocktails are nice. Restaurant surcharge of 3.5% "to offset rising costs" is a bit odd. If costs rise it would make sense to just raise costs of the dishes. Recommend the carrot cake.

   RPM was amazing, got the opportunity to visit the Chicago location. Andrew was our waiter, he was patient and very knowledgeable. From the Food to the ambiance to the service everything was great. will definitely be visiting again.

   Great restaurant and incredible food but our server was not very friendly or helpful with specific requests and the hostesses were not very friendly when checking in for our reservation and when seating the hostess forgot our menus.

    So good! My husband says best meal we’ve had. Wonderful dinner with friends. Definitely pricey, but worth it. Will become a regular stop when we are in the city.
