   If nothing else, you should go there to get a drink from Ruth at the bar, possibly one of the best bartenders in Birmingham.

   A retirement dinner for my husband, Ruth’s Chris did not disappoint. Christina was our server and she was fabulous. Checked on us as needed, made appropriate recommendations, and very personable. Food was delicious! Both steaks were cooked as ordered, bread was warm, and cocktails yummy. Love the atmosphere, quiet and serene. Thanks again for a wonderful evening.

   The food was good, as is the expected experience at Ruth Chris, some items cold yet taste won out in the end, and I didn't bring it to my server's attention. Noel was our server, she was great, seemed inexperienced but everyone is at some point. Overall service was a 8/10, and food 9/10. I will patronize this brand again and again!!!

   We have been dining at this Ruth’s Chris for over 20 years and it has always been our “go to” steakhouse for special occasions. They went through a period of service and food quality issues a couple of years ago - but they are definitely back to their expected high level of quality. Our server Ashley was excellent; our steaks perfectly cooked and everything sizzling hot. Our only note was that our bread took about 20 minutes to arrive - it arrived after our salads, and Ashley said it was in the oven, so apparently the timing for having bread ready was a bit slow. We were seated at the booth we had requested with our reservation. It was a Sunday night and unexpectedly noisy from the hotel lobby, which was a distraction but not the fault of the restaurant. Someone was hammering at dinner hour. Overall, a very pleasant evening of good food and wine, and attentive service.

   The food was exceptional as always, but definitely a different experience than what I'm used to with other Ruth's Chris locations. Service was more on point for a bar and grill. And restaurant opened up to inside of the hotel...so view was hundreds of hotel room doors.

    This was a special night of celebration which we enjoyed very much. Our waiter Joseph was wonderful.
