   We had a very nice meal and I knew going there that it is higher end price but $14 for a few florets of steamed broccoli? The steaks were cooked to order really well and the service was excellent. It’s good but overpriced for what it is.

   We sat near the kitchen so that noise was loud. My steak was a little over cooked and I felt like all portions were overpriced. But staff were excellent

   I feel horrible that I don’t remember our waitress and the others that serves us but everyone was amazing. Warm greeting and smiles by at least five workers before we sat down. Waitress was super helpful in her suggestions and was just a cool person overall. Lobster Mac- the kids loved it. My steak was cooked perfectly, as was my brothers lamb chops. 10/10 we recommend. Definitely a visual representation of customer service.

   We’ve been to Ruth’s Chris plenty of times, but it’s been a while since our last visit. This was our first time at the Cary location, and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great, and the entire experience made for the perfect birthday dinner.

   Service was perfect waitress was very polite and was on point with everything. Food came out hot and delicious. We didn’t have to ask for anything she kept our glasses full .

    We chose Ruth's Chris for our celebratory business dinner for ten, partly because we knew what to expect based on many years of experience with the chain. In summary, we enjoyed a great evening among close friends despite an average dining experience. The best element of the evening was our table and the restaurant's effort to create a suitable environment for the occasion at a semi private round on a balcony of sorts overlooking the main dining area below. The food was very good though pedestrian and generic in presentation and variety. We were most surprised and disappointed by the service. Specifically, my wife had to discreetly direct our young and inexperience attendant on multiple occasions to properly take care of the table. Simple case in point: At dessert time, she had to ask him to check with each guest to see if they wanted another beverage, like coffee, tea, or even a refill of water. Most surprising to me was their handling of the wine selection. I stated what we were looking for and the waiter came back after speaking with an unseen sommelier with bottles without explanation or offering a taste for approval. This was after my initial selections were unavailable. Later, after the bottles were empty, one guest asked for a separate glass, also asking for a recommendation based on a couple of criteria he offered. Imagine this: the waiter offered a suggestion, which my friend refused, since he knows the wine and doesn't care for it The waiter again went to speak with the unseen sommelier, and returned with a glass for approval. Inexplicably, he had brought the very wine that my friend had refused, and my friend called him out on it. To his credit, the waiter admitted it, bringing another wine afterward. To his shame, and to that of the restaurant, he treated a guest as ignorant and tried to deceive. Like the meal, the dessert was unimaginative, albeit enjoyable. The cheesecake was clearly mass-produced.
