    We waited for over 30 minutes for ice cream for my son. The beer they brought me was in a chipped mug. I scratched my lip on it. I then ordered a Diet Coke (in Atlanta) they finally brought it and it was warm. The Turkey was good. The waiter station was directly behind our table and all I could hear was them. Over priced and not worth it. I was so looking forward to Thanksgiving Dinner with my family!

    We’d decided to go out for Thanksgiving this year and figured that our best shot for a great meal and experience would be Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The meal was beyond disappointing. I honestly don’t know how you can marinate and season a turkey breast so that it tastes like Spam. The green beans were full of stems. The gumbo was very fishy. We opted to get extra sides of AuGratin potatoes and lobster Mac and cheese. The potatoes were forgettable and the lobster Mac and cheese had to have been prepped and then left at room temp for a while before baking, it was incredibly fishy as well. We ordered 2 cokes and a sweet tea that never got refilled. Ultimately, with tip, we left with a surprisingly small bag of dog food for around $260. I had them cram everything together since there was no chance we’d be eating it later.

    I took my son here for his 25th birthday. Everything was amazing. The food was exceptional (cooked and seasoned to perfection), and the ambiance was great, too! I can't say enough good things about this place. I had read that the portions were too small—that is NOT TRUE! Every item was enough for two people! I will be returning. Oh, and I had a deliciously strong margarita! I have nothing bad to say at all.

    We got there late as the staff was cleaning and they were so nice. They let us enjoy our time. They didn’t rush us. The food was excellent. Great drinks.

    The only not great thing about dinner was the wine service. It should be noted that a bottle should be opened at the table and our selection confirmed, before we pour the wine in decanter.

    We visited early Sunday evening so it wasn't crowded. Our server, Emily ensured we had a special experience to celebrate our anniversary.

    Arrived at reservation time wasn’t seat until 20 minutes later after reservation time. Orders wasn’t taking until 35 minutes after being seated. Food wasn’t served until 1hr 15 minutes of my party being in the building. Server wasn’t able to assist a large party. The restaurant ran out of food only had 10 servings per day of Mac and cheese including lobster. Had to ask for several refills on beverages ran out of preferred alcohol for drink menu. Bathroom was very disgusting advise the host no acknowledgment. Food wasn’t hot as normal mash potatoes were extremely hard.

    Very poor service would be kind. Server was completely non-existent. They weren’t even busy, it was not an upscale experience—even Chili’s would be disappointed if this was their service level.
