   The stars I gave was in comparison to what was expected and compared to similar restaurants. The restaurant area we were seated was lounder than expected. The server spilt our drink on the table and then served the same spilt drink without replacing it. Did ask if we would like to have the table cloth replaced ( didn't feel they should ask...should be a policy). Had to ask for bread once the appetizers arrived. Wasn't given an individual plate to share appetizers. Food came rapidly...almost too rapid. Was never asked if any additional drinks were needed. When leaving, there was no gratitude for dinning or acknowledgement from the hosts or manager standign at the front entrance. Disappointing experience!

   Nice ambiance and lovely service mostly. Staff is newer but nice. Manager Ian was friendly and helpful with our reservation. Very busy that night but our meal took 3 hours. Waited 40 mins for cocktails at the table which arrived warm. Steaks were ok but a little dry. Roasted chicken dish was ok. Sweet potatoes, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were delicious, but cheesy potatoes were not great. Appetizers were tasty- seared tuna and ravioli were delicious. Salad was fresh and blue cheese dressing was very good. Communications between staff and a slow kitchen and bar seemed to be the main issue. Bathroom area had an odor. So overall they need a little work at this price point.

   THE place for special occasions!!! NEVER disappoints!!! Steaks come out SIZZLING and SO tender melts in your mouth. Service is ALWAYS amazing. Can’t say enough positive words about Ruth’s Chris!!!❤️

   Overall a decent, albeit typical, Ruth’s Chris experience. Bar service was extremely slow, in fact our appetizers made it to our table before our drinks did…a sin in my book. Service overall was slow, and, most importantly, the overall meal was not a good value and significantly over-priced IMO. Better off with a local, family-owned restaurant.

   Once again an unpleasant experience for my son’s birthday. Had to wait 30 min to be seated for our reservation. Then they sat us outside the server station which was very loud and quite unprofessional. Could hear every conversation with the server staff. Waited 10 min to be greeted, ordered a cocktail, and then waited 30 minutes to receive said drink. 30 minutes!! We were there at 8:30pm. They close at 10pm. There was no excuse for the long ticket time for said drink. I personally ordered the crab and when it arrived most of the meat was burnt and basically gave up even commenting to the waiter. Wanted to see if he would inform a manager. Nope never happened. I was watching a female waiter hand out roses to the ladies. My waiter didn’t offer me a rose and ask him if I could get one? Let’s do better w training your staff on etiquette and professionalism. I always tip well over 20% and he still received his gracious tip even though it wasn’t earned. Ruth’s Chris is a celebratory destination for some and we dine out frequently. There is no reason why I receive better service at a lower price point local eatery than at this high end restaurant. We are paying for the whole experience and Ruth’s Chris failed us again. Will be dining at QW from now on.

   It was packed! No room for wait staff to get around the tables without bumping into your chair. Food was slow to come out and ran out of type of beer and Brussels sprouts. Wait staff and food were excellent, but the hostess area was packed and rude. We feel you were not prepared for Mother’s Day crowd.

    It was extremely busy, and it took several attempts to get our food right. We love Ruth’s Chris, but it did affect our Mother’s Day experience.
