   Azuria was amazing! Prompt, kind, professional, fun, and went over and above! We were disappointed the seafood tower was not available, I was hoping to avoid this and specifically put it in my reservation detail to let me know if not available (which is NOT the fault of Azuria, of course!) but she took it upon herself to make our visit extra special despite this. Years ago I had a horseradish crust there and asked if that was still available, she let me know it was not on the menu. But she took the time to ask the chef to create one and it was amazing! What a kind gesture! We will be back soon to visit with Azuria again.

   I made reservation for wife's bday 2 weeks in advance. Under special request notes asked for 40oz Porterhouse uniform thick cut and 16oz bone in filet to be available. Then I opted in for special 17.00 per person drink tasting experience . We showed up 15 mins early were given a seat. Server had noticeable what the special drink option I had meant. I stated I gave notes for our order and restated it. Server returned saying our of both Porterhouse and bone in filet and added Tomahawk was out because whole order spoiled. Bottom line special requests are ignored. When RC became a franchise no longer worth going to. We went to competitor Chars who took care of us perfectly as a work in... we're done with RC.

   Ruth’s Chris in Huntsville was a 10/10 experience in my book, and here’s why. Even though the calamari felt a bit “slimy” for my liking, and the lobster mac & cheese wasn’t the quality it should be for the price, the filet was still the best steak I’ve EVER had, and the server truly made our experience phenomenal. Our server, Demetria, was attentive, joyful, and positive the entire time—start to finish. He asked about our food in the end, and if we wanted dessert. I mentioned the calamari and the mac & cheese, and also informed him that we were much too full to indulge on dessert. He smiled, and said he’d be back with the check. Not only were the calamari and lobster mac & cheese REMOVED from our check, but we were ALSO given two desserts to-go—on the house. I can’t thank Ruth’s Chris & Demetria enough! I will definitely be returning soon, nothing bad to say about this place.

   They had run out of the particular steak that I like. The Cowboy Ribeye was thicker and tougher. I had to ask for a serrated knife. Also my steak didn’t have a bone in it. I was told that it would have a bone in it for extra flavor.

   We always have a great experience when visiting Ruth’s Chris! However, this experience was exceptional due to our waiter, Don! His service was phenomenal and he was very attentive to our requests. Highly recommend and ask for Don if you can!

   I have eaten at several Ruth's Chris restaurants and I am always pleased. The Huntsville Ruth's Chris Steak House is extraordinarily consistent with the quality and service I expected. The service was superior, the food was delicious and perfectly presented, and I absolutely plan to return for more special occasions. AAA+++
