    The lobster and shrimp that came w the pre fixe menu were a bit over done and rubbery. Other than that, the steak was delicious and perfectly done. 😀

    When our main courses arrived, my wife’s order was wrong. She ordered shrimp and tournedos and shrimp. They brought out a large New York strip. My entree was correct and was left at the table while they prepared my wife’s entree. Her food arrived in about 15 minutes. Her sides were not what she ordered. Both of our steaks were significantly overcooked. Service was just so so. Very disappointing.

    We have eaten at Ruth Chris twice now for our Thanksgiving dinner. Our service has always been good and our food is always perfect.

    Thanksgiving meal with 10 family members. We all ordered the fixed Thanksgiving menu and were quite disappointed. Food was cold and presentation was sloppy. Turkey and gravy was something that you would get from a Morrisons buffet line. Service was very slow and initial drinks took 15 minutes to reach our table. Should have ordered from the regular menu as they were clearly not prepared for the Thanksgiving rush.

    Nice atmosphere where you can actually have a conversation and hear each other talk. The service was excellent. The Crab cakes had very good flavor, but were a bit small. The filet and Cowboy Ribeye steaks were excellent, maybe a bit too much salt and seasoning. They were out of New York Strip steaks. The Creamed Spinach was good. The Asparagus was crisp but almost no seasoning or flavor. The New Fashion drink was quite good, but the Manhattan was low on alcohol. Deserts were very good. $$$$.

    It fine dining. Fantastic steaks of course but even the other entrees were excellent namely the Sea Bass. It not a place for a diet great portion sized to share or your taking some home. The staff is great they have great wine and spirt options for all discerning tastes. Bottom line if you have not tried a Ruth Chris Steak House before te Huntsville location is definitely one that will open your eyes to great food and service.
