   When we first walked up to let reception know we were there, they were a bit standoffish and slightly rude. It was very busy in the entryway and very little standing room to wait for our reservation to be called. We found ourselves out of the way in the bar area and were quickly called to be seated. We were taken to our table by a beautiful bald lady (I say this with utmost of respect because I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely lovely). Our server Renee was phenomenal and the food (aside from the mashed potatoes) was outstanding. They need some way to house folks waiting for reservations as there was zero seating and I felt that just standing there, we were 100% in the way of everything. Overall, great experience and I’m grateful for them being open on Christmas.

   Fixed priced petit Filet and Lobster, EXCELLENT. Not the cheapest place to eat, but a very good experience nonetheless!

   We had a great server, Marcus, who was excellent. We had dinner with old friends we had not seen in a while and he just let us talk until we were ready to order. The steaks were hot and delicious. A great experience but still pricey for a routine meal.

   We decided to dine here for our wedding anniversary as the location is close to home and occasion was on a weeknight, and we have not dined at the restaurant for many years. We requested a quiet table at this location in Kennesaw, GA. There was a row of booths just outside the larger dining room which was significantly quieter that weren’t offered and half were empty on the way out. Our quaint table was a booth for two against the wall which was nice, but very close to two larger tables which were loud and we felt a bit cramped. The food was okay, but we felt three other steakhouses nearby offer better food and better/friendlier service. The server was polite, took our orders correctly, the food came timely, but for example, when she acknowledged it was our anniversary didn’t ask how many years. No interest in making a connection with us. Who doesn’t ask how many years you have been married when you are out celebrating! It was a sterile experience and we probably will choose other dining options in the future.

   Don’t count on your reservation. We arrived right on time and were told there was going to be a 30 minute wait even with our reservation.

   Service was great but the food was in no way the Ruth’s Chris standard. Calamari seemed made from frozen, steaks were cooked correctly internally but the outside was charred solid and did not come out bubbling in butter as usual. Crab inside steak seemed to be stuffed in as an afterthought. Potatoes lyonnaise were over cooked to the point the inside was almost gone. Just not a good meal. Hopefully it was just an “off night”.

    Service took a long time. Waiter don’t come back and ask how food was. When he did come by the table had to ask him if the spinach was normally serviced cold. He took it back and brought another that was also cold but I didn’t say anything else. There was a customer that had a medical emergency and delayed our food. I had to say anything because a life is more important but this was a very special birthday celebration for my boyfriend. I had wanted everything to be perfect and it wasn’t. I feel a discount or gift card should have been offered because of the delay. We were there for 2.5 hours for a 2 person party and no dessert. Just not the experience I expected after paying $365 for a dinner for 2.
