   We enjoyed our experience. Sam was amazing and provided excellent service. We appreciate him for creating such and amazing experience for us. We will definitely be attending again soon.

   We have dined in the Ruth Chris restaurants for over 30 years. Miss the Beverly Hills one where we did not have to ask for water over two times. The service was not what we expected. We wanted to share a large steak and a 1 lb baked potato. The plates they served it on were ridiculously small. We had to ask for larger plates. And waited awhile for them. When we finished our meal our plates were left on the table, dirty and not removed until we requested them to do so. The service was slow and we were disappointed overall. Except for the rib eye which was (as usual) delicious. Very disappointed.

   We wanted to eat outdoors in their beautiful outdoor patio so they set it up for us next to the fire. Wonderful accommodation to do that. Very attentive service. Great steaks. Loved our server Serena

   The food was good as always. The service was excellent!!! I dine here regularly. I enjoy my dining experience here every time. Ruth Chris doesn’t disappoint

   Asked for a table and they said will take over 30 minutes and felt like why would I get a table since I’m alone, well I don’t drink and don’t feel comfortable and getting what I’m paying for if I choose to stay at the bar. And when I found a table at the App and got the reservation which was less than what she told me I was seated on a table, this was my worst experience at this location and for sure will never come to it at all.
