    Service: kind when she showed up (we waited 45 minutes for our check Food: obviously previously frozen and mid - bisque tasted like flour, steaks mid, sides mid, salad good Ambience: wants to be prestigious but a bit out dated Drinks: good Having never been before but it belong a locally established spot we went. After the overpriced Applebee's quality though, we won't be back.

    Jonathan was out waited. Phenomenal young man. Took time to engage my wife and I in conversation. Got our order correct, no delay between appetizers and meal. As well as cocktails. Hats off to him.

    Everything was great not a complaint and the Ruth Kris our favorite Ruth Kris to go to so we’ll definitely be back

    Worst experience in a while. Service was great. Food was bland; was total chaos in the restaurant and was not that busy but everyone seemed overwhelmed. Waiter was good. Was definitely not worth the price.

    Lamb chops was perfect. Our waiter JR was amazing we shared the same initials Lol thank you for making my birthday dinner special.

    Our server whom we always ask for had to do too much on her own so not her fault. No busboys and too much for her to do so service was slow. Food came out and was ready to serve when our waitress recognized the kitchen did not add the butter to steaks so back to the kitchen. We loved going there for lunch but unfortunately they no longer offer. The place was busy but I don’t think we will be back. Need better management.

    Calamari was swimming in sauce. One salad was swimming in dressing. Went to talk with manager about experience so far being sub par but was manager was dismissive. Then steaks arrived both medium well when requested medium rare and creamed spinach was cold. At that point we just wanted to pay our bill and leave. Was overall very disappointed and not what I’m used to from Ruth’s Chris.

    Picked Ruth’s for Birthday celebration as well as celebratory dinner for a school event. Jessie was an excellent waiter. We had a large party and got delayed at a school function. Graciously Ruth’s was able to wait for us.
