    The wait staff isn’t as friendly and professional as one might expect at a restaurant of this level. I’ve been to this location twice in the past month and my experience has been the same with two different waitresses. Felt like I was bothering them. It will be awhile before I return.

    We went on NYE so it was expectedly busy, and the wait staff were great. The food was not, everything was pretty bland, steaks were overcooked and it just was not worth the price. There are much better steakhouses in the GNO

    Steaks had no flavor, overcooked. This is second time we tried Ruth Chris. Last time on Fulton St and this time in Metairie. Both times steaks were overcooked and had no taste

    Great birthday celebration as usual. We always come to Ruth’s, Chris Metairie for special occasions, and you guys never disappoint.

    Service and food was great. Our server was attentive. There was a manager that also came by to ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything. He was also helping the staff serve and clean up. Everyone was very good at their job and worked as a team. Very impressed.

    Food was delicious but the rest of the experience was disappointing . Didn’t get sat until 30+ our reservation time and then the service was terrible. Had to ask for water, bread multiple times, server disappered multiple times and forgot things from our order. If I’m going to spend 250+ on a meal, the whole experience needs to be on point and this was not it .

    Really appreciate the service provided by our waitress Lynnell. Her effort was outstanding as she was able to provide excellent service as she was working through shoulder issues.

    Took my friend here for his birthday yesterday with a reservation. Valet didn’t want me to park up front because it was for paying customers assuming I wasn’t going to hand him a 20 for literally watching the car I parked myself. I was in regular clothes I get it but I was sitting in an expensive vehicle so I was a little confused. Took over an hour for the food to come. The steak was fine so no complaints but the service was better at ihop quite literally. Drink stayed empty and we watched our server tend to the bigger tables over and over and walking smooth past us every time while we are staring at her. Get your money but also I’m here spending 100+ a plate too I should get at least half service. I went to the back just to get my check and tell her to box the desert because it’s been way too long. 20 min later I walk out without my desert and I did not leave a tip. I always tip 20% or more especially on the holidays but that service felt insulting.
