   Celebrated our daughter's 27th birthday with a great dinner experience. The table had Happy Birthday sayings on it and a nice complimentary desert after dinner. Five stars for sure.

   First time at a Ruth Chris and loved it. The attention to detail was wonderful and our servers were great! If I had a complaint, it would be the up charge we had to pay for our dessert because we did not want the cheesecake of the night on the prix fixe menu. It was our 39th Anniversary so you’d think dessert would be free or at least not charged extra for a different item. We would definitely go back. The prix fixe menu is the perfect sized portions. Hubby ordered the larger filet, but admitted he did not need that much😊

   Wendy is perfect as a sever!! And Shane! Did top notch. Cooked perfectly. We had the fried oyster appetizer..stuffed chicken dinner. Superb. With creamed spinach

   My sister in law took me to dinner for my birthday. We both ordered the bone in filet for our dinner. Everything was delicious up until the arrival of the steaks was great. The mistake that I made was not to question the steaks when they arrived. I knew that they could not have been bone in filets. My sister in law did not want to say anything so I did not. The steaks did have a bone but also fat and gristle so I knew it was not what I ordered. The fault was mine for not asking the waiter what it was. I did not enjoy the steak but only blamed it on myself for not speaking up when it was delivered. The bone in filet was $89 and when the bill came it had the two steaks at $80 each and the bill had Cowboy printed on it. At this point I did ask what did we get? I was told those were bone in cowboy ribeyes. I asked why didn't we get what we ordered and that was two bone in filets? I was told they didn't have those, but they were on the menu. I could not understand why if the steaks we ordered weren't available, why weren't we told? There were two big mistakes made. One, I think the wrong steaks were ordered by the waiter, and two, I should have said something when they arrived. I knew it was not what I ordered. I should have known better but did not want to upset my host. Waiters can make mistakes, I should have done something. In conclusion, I should have said something. I am sure that Ruth's Chris would have taken care of it.

   This was our first time eating at Ruth’s Chris using a gift card we received. Expensive, a la carte menu but let’s just say you get what you pay for. Beautifully decorated throughout, upscale yet smart casual, and very well run restaurant. Our waiter, Sam, was a class act. He was professional, personable, polite, and provided excellent suggestions. He checked on us but did not hover. The food was outstanding. A small loaf of bread and butter began our dinner. We split a house salad which was perfect. Our filets were so tender and accompanied by delicious au gratin potatoes and asparagus. We split a creme brûlée with fruit for dessert which was a great ending to a fantastic meal. My husband had a beer while I had a raspberry rosemary cosmo. This restaurant doesn’t miss a beat. You will not be disappointed.
