    Always a wonderful experience at Ruth’s. Loved the food. Ordered the stuff chicken, cremini mushrooms, and sweet potato casserole. Everything was cooked to perfection. Waitress had too many tables to service so service wasn’t on point but she was good.

    We take our son here every year for his birthday and every year is perfect! This time however the service was incredibly slow/non existent due to VIP large parties dining at the same time. We also noticed that some of the classic shared side items were different and not as good. 2 steaks were overcooked. Lastly the restrooms in the front of restaurant were old, very dirty and some things non functional ie 2 of 3 toilets, 1 faucet and handicap door. We’ve always loved this Ruth’s location but may make a different decision next time.

    La comida muy buena, sabor maravilloso pero el servicio pésimo! Tardamos 2 horas para cenar. Entre entradas y plato fuerte pasaron 30 minutos y lo mismo con el postre. Mucho ruido porque estuvimos en una zona “familiar” con una familia de 10 personas con niños gritando. Para nada el ambiente que la cadena ofrece.

    1pm reservation. Got seated at 1:45. Party of two. 30 minute gap between our appetizers being finished and getting our entree. Very unusual for this company.

    We waited 90 minutes after we ordered and still had received no food. Despite several requests to staff, no answers were given. Several tables around us were seated and served while we waited. Manager actually walked away from us when we complained. Worst service I have ever encountered.

    The food and service were awesome. Had a reservation for 5:30 pm. Was very disappointed that we were unable to valet park and had to find parking elsewhere. The restaurant was very noisy.

    Absolutely horrible experience! No celebration or even acknowledgement of our anniversary! Steak was super tough and overcooked and I requested medium temp! Au gratin potatoes were crunchy and flavorless! Was overcharged on my bill and it took over 15mins to get it resolved! The restaurant was FREEZING!! This was an absolute cluster! Never again!
