   My wife and I had an amazing experience. Joshua was an excellent waiter and very attentive to our needs. Everything was superb! Highly reccomended!

   We had high expectations for our group dinner. The steaks average about $130 each, and with that price tag comes an expectation of value and service. The steaks did NOT sizzle…. this is supposed to be a trade mark of Ruth’s Chris, and to be honest, lacked flavour and seasoning. Our appetizer plates were still on the table when our main course arrived. This is basic service 101 that those plates should be cleared before the mains arrive. The a la carte side dishes were just ok. Overall, the experience for a $3k bill was underwhelming.

   The food was rushed to the table. Had not finished salads and the steaks arrived. One steak was cooked perfectly, the other was under cooked. Main waiter was very very good, but the assistant needed far more training on how to communicate with customers… A little disappointed, not up to the normal service and quality we are used to from Ruth Chris.

   Service wS excellent The food was absolutely terrible for the prices My husband steak was tough and grissly We would have left but had our drinks already before opening the menus Never will return again

    Shocked this restaurant even bears her name. No sizzle no snap way overpriced very much soured me on the concept if I didn’t know the way it should be … and would never go back complete disappointment!
