Exceptional food delivered professionally and promptly. Had to ask 2x for bread. And for extra blue cheese dressing for our 2 wedge salads - a tad stingy out of the gate. Server Eric excellent but a lil too chatty afterwards (and I am chatty so if I say that…)..friendly is one thing but he overstayed and over-shared. CHAIRS not real comfy? We are tall people..they just seemed ‘small - and we are not obese. The bread pudding with White choco sauce was exceptional, as were the steaks.

It was way too cold in the restaurant! We were looking for a cozy dinner on a frigid winter's night, yet there was not a warm seat to be had. We sat at three different tables, and all were cold and drafty. I was prepared with two sweaters, long pants, and boots, but no...I had to keep my coat on for the whole meal, and others around me had their coats on, too. Our meals were tasty enough, but they had too much butter! The buttery fat flavor overwhelmed the delicate cheesecake we had for dessert and stuck with us long after.

Usually when I dine in a nice restaurant. The wait staff or somebody would at least come to the table more then just to just serve food. We did not have anybody come to the table and ask how was everything and do you need anything. It just seems like in an establishment as such the service would have been much better.

Over the years we have dined at this restaurant with varying frequency. I have always been pleased with the quality of the food and service. Both my husband and son have January birthdays so per their request I booked a reservation. We have never had the opportunity/experience to sit in the upstairs dining room. Personally I was not impressed. The room was cold (admittedly it was very cold outside) and lacked the warmth and ambiance of the main dining area. Had I known in advance this would be where we sat— I would have cancelled the reservation. That being said I must commend and acknowledge the outstanding service by Dawn— she’s incredibly personable and was a terrific server— AND the food was excellent. Everyone was very pleased with their food— including myself as the lone vegetarian. This somewhat made up for the lack of ambiance but not completely. For future reservations I will request the main dining area and if this request can’t be granted we will go elsewhere.

The raspberry rosemary cosmo was fabulous. I had the stuffed chicken breasts and a side of Brussels Sprouts. They were both delicious. Tried the carrot cake and it quite possibly was the best I’ve ever had and I try the carrot cake everywhere I go!!! The service was outstanding. Our waiter Ted was very personable and gave some great recommendations!!! Overall a great experience
