Our service was soooo slow! We think the waiter forgot to put in our orders- when we finally found him he said they would be right out but he never checked on us again. Unacceptable service for a restaurant we have always enjoyed.

Had to ask for more water and bread. At no time, were crumbs taken from table. We sent back (no charge),the augratin potatoes. Potatoes were in serving dish with just cheese on top no flavor. Creamed Spinach was decent. Not overly warm, or creamed. Filet was great. Valet was wonderful! Very accommodating! This isn’t the Ruth Chris’s I remember.

Great service again at Ruth's Chris. We came in for an early Christmas Eve dinner with my 92 year-old mother. Service was great. The restaurant was extremely busy but they accommodated our request for a booth in the bar which provided us with some privacy. Food was delicious and prompt and our server was extremely pleasant and efficient. Thank you!
