   My first time here we my daughter celebrating her 6th birthday. The service and food were top notch. The manager took time to come great us and check in to make sure everything was good from time to time. Ill definitely come back again

   We love Ruth’s Chris. Always a perfect steak and the pear & sage martini brings me back every time. Plus they have a 10u prix fixe kids menu with a filet that’s perfect for my daughter. Winston is a great server too.

   Always a great experience! Outstanding customer service. Waitress was training two other employees but she remained attentive, delivered swift service, and even remembered our preferences from former visits. While the steaks are always cooked to perfection we had all appetizers, Oyster Rockefeller, house salad, crab cake appetizer, and calamari. Each dish wash seasoned well and visually pleasing. Splitting the appetizers was more than enough food for two people. Enjoyable visit!

   Ruth's Chris in Pikesville, has become a disappointing restaurant. I and my two fellow guests had mediocre sized drinks, basically a dusting over ice. Although my steak was more than adequate. My fellow guests requested steaks without the butter. Theirs needed to be sent back. Either our waiter was unattentive to their requests, or the chef did not care. I spent $150 for a steak and drinks, that I could have had at half the price, at an Outback! The local franchise owner needs to look at this location and fix it. I and my two fellow guests will not be coming back soon!!

   We’ve been there several times but we’re a bit disappointed this time. Service was sub par. Ordered Bernaise sauce for steak but didn’t get. Asked server who said she would go get it, never got it. Lobster tail I ordered was ok. Had to wait too long to get check and I had to ask hostess to speed up the process. Once I can eat steak again we’ll try again.

   My waiter was horrible non existent. The bus women and men had to help us . The manager who came to our table didn’t care what I had to say. I will go to Capital grille or Linwoods which actually care about their customers.

    I have been to this particular Ruth Chris for many years. I won’t be returning to this specific lo Ruth Chris due to so many reasons. The first being the smell of the restaurant, it smelled like a litter box, it was awful. They need to clean the carpets ASAP. The second reason is I assume they are under new management and I will NOT assume but I had a less than stellar experience with the woman. I cannot mention her name because she didn’t provide it. She did say I could not substitute a particular menu item, EVEN THOUGH IM ALLERGIC. I have been getting the same item for years with the substitution, I have pics of me at Ruth Chris within the last 6 months eating it. I was not satisfied overall and will visit Odenton to see if the $235.00 will be better spent… OH AND IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY 2-25
