    As usual, the food was excellent. (Though I would argue that the crab beignets are not beignets at all … but they are still delicious. One minor setback, the gumbo was warm, but by no means hot. We were seated in the function room, which was fine because it was separated into sections and was quiet. However, as tables emptied and were not needed any more, they were broken down and removed, which was distracting and left an unsightly scene (with chairs just randomly scattered about. This should have waited until all the diners were done and gone, not while we were still eating entrees, and had dessert yet to go. Not good for a fine dining establishment.

    During my visit, my food was mistakenly delivered to the wrong table. It was then taken back to the kitchen and brought out to me. This raised concerns about food handling and hygiene, as I’m unsure whether the food was inspected or replaced after being at another table. However, the staff did acknowledge the issue and kindly removed the item from my bill, which I appreciated.

    Experience was great as soon as we entered the building. Hostess was very friendly and very considerate. It was my birthday and I had rose petals on my table. BEAUTIFUL!!!

    Service and quality have gone way down hill. We sat down for our reservation, at a table in the dining room, ordered wine and before even receiving it, we heard the Bartneder screaming “last call” across the restaurant, as if we were at a sports bar. We mentioned we would probably want another wine with dinner and we were just automatically brought two of the same thing with no choice or menu. Our server switched four times. The food was not good. The salad was wilted and there is no way those steaks were prime rated and of the same quality they used to serve. Everything was drowned in butter and I mean soaked through and through. My Béarnaise never came even after asking twice. Very Disappointing to drop this kind of money on a dining experience for this result.

    I made a reservation well in advance for Christmas Eve. When we arrived, we were seated in a tent area that overlooked the parking lot. It didn’t have the standard dining room decor, it was incredibly hot (all the tables around us were complaining about it), and the service was comparable to casual dining at Fridays.
