We’ve always loved the original Ruth’s Chris and have dined there many times, so we were excited to try the new location in Rogers. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. The ambiance just didn’t compare - we really missed the cozy, intimate feel and round tables of the original. The food also fell short. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box, the creamed spinach was runny, and the steak had to be sent back twice to get it cooked properly. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff was kind, attentive, and handled everything with grace. Still, for the price, we expected a much better overall experience. Hoping things improve over time.

I mean it's Ruth's Chris, so the food was phenomenal. To start, we split the chopped salad. One of our favorites and plenty for two especially with bread. It's really a great salad so if you hadn't had it before, try it! I had a ribeye (the small one, which is still huge) and my wife had the petit filet. Both were cooked to perfection and very good. We also had the shoestring fries and cream spinach. Finished off with a Creme Brulle which was as good as the meal. The new space was amazing and although large and full of people, it was very quiet.

Bartender was horrible. The bar was missing ingredients for common drinks and two drinks were never made the same. No consistency. The same drink was made different every time and the taste and quality suffered. Raised with management and he didn’t seem to care. The weakest part of our entire dining experience was the bar

This is by far one of the best restaurants I have EVER been too. My wife and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary here and it's was nothing short of amazing. We have been to fine dining all across Greece, Michelin star restaurants and NOTHING to this day has had a better steak than what we both had tonight.
