    It was New Year’s Eve and we’ve spent the past 6 New Year's Eve at Ruth’s Chris. We were next to a drunk man who disturbed everyone around him including ourselves. His dinner companion left and he continued to be bothersome and somewhat frightening. No management ever came around and did anything about it. Made experience not as enjoyable

    Never disappoints. We were sat immediately. We were celebrating a birthday and our table was decorated with birthday confetti. It set the tone for a special evening. Then we opened our menus and my husband’s menu had a not specifically wishing him a happy birthday. Our server Samie and her assistant Fernando worked well together. Both friendly, respectful and we never felt rushed. The food was amazing but then again that’s the main driver. The experience is then made unforgettable by the people on the floor. Thank you all.

    Husbands steak was ordered medium and it was served medium rare. Waiter didn’t check with us after steaks were served so he just ate around the outer edge. It was NYE however we were there at 5:15 and restaurant was not full. Very disappointing for a high end steak house.

    Sitting in the bar area is just that…not a great area to dine at a restaurant like this one. I won’t do it again The service was very good, but it was not a fine dining experience.

    Calvin was a great server. The service was slow, but understandable because of New Years Eve. What was a real dissapoitment was the food. My steak came out wrong, salad was old lettuce and all the food was subpar. We spent $500 - I felt guilty spending that kind of money for food that was subpar. Honestly - Texas Roadhouse would have been better.

    Always one of my favorite steak house experiences. Food was delicious and our Server - Leo has helped us before. He is a professional and we now request him on our special dinners at Ruth's. Great steaks and service.
