    Food was excellent. Unfortunately the service was not up to par; slow and not very attentive. Steak was served without steak knife, ask person delivery meal for knife and extra butter, she never brought either. Long times in between server visits. Not the normal service received at this location.

    Steaks not cooked correctly, appetizer plates never cleared. Did not refill water despite several requests. Never saw a manager. Was a business dinner and was embarrassed

    We had a lovely decorated table. There was a bit of lag time before entrees were served. Our daughters filled out a form in person to pay for our dinner but there was a snafu and they didn’t call to let them know there was a problem. I was surprised the elevator was dirty.

    Too bad, they have lowered themselves to allowing baseball hats to be worn in the dining areas. We have no problem with them being allowed on the outside patio.

    My Ruth’s Chris experience this time was not good. I ordered the chicken breast and it was so peppery that it upset my stomach for the next 24 hours. The manager was very nice and made it right, but I’m not sure I’ll go back. This is extremely disappointing because I’ve always loved this restaurant, but not anymore!

    The service was not good at all. It wasn’t that busy and our main course (expensive steaks) came out with in 3 minutes of the salads. Couldn’t eat a hot filet while finishing up my salad and I had to send it back because it was rare not medium. Very bad evening overall and not worth the $221 tab.

    The food was excellent, but it took too long to come out. The service was great! The plates seem to be too small; my steak was almost using the entire plate, and it wasn't flat, so it was a bit awkward to cut it. I will definitely be back this time with a smaller group. Perhaps food will come out faster.

    Once again, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse proves to be the leader of all the steakhouse chains. I don't know what it is about that steak sizzling in butter, but it does it for me. We had a wonderful meal once again.
