    Although Ruth’s Chris has been bought by Darden Group. The food still wows me each time we go there. Carlos was our server tonight and he was beyond amazing taking very good care of us throughout the entire meal. Being very attentive and providing excellent service!!!

    I recently dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House, and while the food was quite good, particularly the perfectly cooked lamb chops, I felt the overall experience fell short due to the rushed service from our waiter, Carlos. Despite the elegant ambiance, Carlos seemed eager to move us along, which detracted from the enjoyment of our meal and made it feel less special, especially given the high prices. Additionally, I noticed that other tables around us also seemed to feel the same pressure. For a restaurant of this caliber, I believe more attention should be paid to creating a relaxed dining experience, as paying customers deserve to savor their meals without feeling hurried.
