   As always Flawless Victory. Any issue that may arise is handled right then and there. Took one of my sons there for his first time and he was absolutely blown away. Speechless

   Let me begin by stating, I hardly ever do a review. Second, we go to Ruth’s Chris pretty frequently. It’s my wife’s favorite restaurant especially for a special occasion. Usually, it’s pretty “on par” for what we expect however, this time was way out of the “Ruth’s Chris brand”. FYI, it was restaurant week and that I believe contributed to the experience. We arrived on time and were seated promptly. The front staff was courteous as expected. Once seated is when the “fun began”. Our server Joe (did the best he could) I believe may have been over sat, but that is neither here nor there. The heat in the dining area was stifling. I don’t know why nor how, but I had to get up and step outside twice as it was so warm in the dining room. It was as pretty good space of time before we could get our drink and dinner orders to Joe as he was busy. Once we decided things were decent regarding time. My wife ordered the 8oz filet (medium) and it came out RARE!!! For context, my son ordered a NY strip 12oz medium rare and his was cooked medium (well). We figured it was a one off and usually this doesn’t happen (second time in probably 10 years). We asked for a new filet and when it came out, it was a full mess. First of all it was a different cut of meat, second it was still rare and that was pretty much the end of it. She didn’t even eat dinner after that. First round of drinks were fine. Second round my wife’s martini glass was noticeably broken and chipped on the rim and how no one saw this before it was even poured in to is beyond me. She almost cut her lip on the glass. The manager offered to comp my wife’s meal (which we asked him not to and to make the kitchen and bar more aware of the details). The dessert was fine considering that’s what my wife had for dinner. Sadly, this was probably the worst Ruth’s Chris experience we’ve ever had. We’ve been to different Ruth’s Chris in the US and Aruba and this was by far the worst. We can accept change, but this wasn’t a good one.

   The food came out incredibly hot and was absolutely delicious. Our server was so very nice and the service was excellent. Definitely a 10 out 10 experience and cannot wait to go back.

   Even though the restaurant was nearly full (it is Restaurant Week here), the service was excellent and the food perfect! I highly recommend this location (there are two in Charlotte).

   Our server was fantastic! The steak was awesome, but the crab cakes were okay. The rating of the food depends on what you order. Old rule of thumb for seafood, if the price is on the menu, it may not be the freshest. Look for "market price" on the menu. Overall, we very much appreciated the experience and will be back. Also, valet is $15 plus tip. Surrounding parking garages are about $15, depending on the time of day.

   We enjoyed iur meal at Ruth’s Chris. Our waiter Ryan was knowledgable and very attentive to our needs. The food was cooked to perfection and was very tasteful.

   Looking for a truly special night out? Reserve the private wine room at Ruth’s Chris in uptown Charlotte They lead way back past the dining and kitchen to their private wine cellar. Cozy with two. An intimate party with six. Always great food and service. Highly recommended

   I enjoyed my birthday experience during Charlotte Restaurant week. Bobbie Jo took care of our every need. She was attentive. It’s been a few years since I’ve stopped by I wasn’t disappointed.

    I can’t say one bad thing about it. Service was great, food the best I’ve had in a long time. We went during Restaurant Week and stuck to the Queen’s Feast menu. Every single item was superb; even the wine was better than we usually have. The hubbs and I both declared that we HAVE to come here more often! Thank you for going way above and beyond.
