Looking for a truly special night out? Reserve the private wine room at Ruth’s Chris in uptown Charlotte They lead way back past the dining and kitchen to their private wine cellar. Cozy with two. An intimate party with six. Always great food and service. Highly recommended

I can’t say one bad thing about it. Service was great, food the best I’ve had in a long time. We went during Restaurant Week and stuck to the Queen’s Feast menu. Every single item was superb; even the wine was better than we usually have. The hubbs and I both declared that we HAVE to come here more often! Thank you for going way above and beyond.

In usual Ruth’s Chris fashion, we were warmly greeted and sat quickly. Our server, Gavin, had actually waited on us before. He was amazing. We were sad to hear that it was his last day as he was relocating. He definitely knew how to make people feel welcome and special. We wish him nothing but the best in his bright future. We will of course be returning to Ruth’s Chris as there is no place that has the quality of food and service that you offer!

I would have gave Ruth Chris a zero if they had it as an option I expected a lot more from this establishment, especially since our bill was over. $600 customer service was not worth the brutility or that type of money I would definitely not consider this fine dining more like Applebee's/ Chili's and those might even be more upscale than this the server. Joe was so dry. No type of humor. He was rushing us to order. Very uptight upset that we wasn't sure about what we wanted to order. It was our first time there. Did not have no type of recommendations. Kept disappearing and not coming back. The only smile we got from him was when we were leaving and he was getting his brutality who he gave him our checks and he kept asking us. Did we want change back as if he wanted more or deserve more than he was already getting I am new to fine dining so my first experience was horrible. I would not go back here. Make Charlotte look bad The manager came around asking us how we were doing and how was our meal. I gave him my feedback. His name was Jalen. He told me thank you for the feedback but did not do anything to assure that I could come back. It was like he did not even care. Just thank you for your feedback. Not let me see how I can make your experience better My birthday was horrible. Really wish I could either get my money back or go back with my party and the meal be on them Ruth, Chris have been around for years. Definitely expected them to be top-tier, especially downtown

We got the stuffed chicken, our favorite each time! As always it was wonderful. We did the Ruth’s pairings so we got a salad and personal side included as well. Dom our server was awesome. He was very informative and friendly. We will be back!
