Since 2002, Gaetanos' Ristorante has brought our passion for real Italian food to Henderson. Family-owned and operated, we feature gourmet Italian cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere.

Our pasta is made in-house and all of our sauces are made from scratch. Everything is cooked to-order. We pride ourselves on using the best, freshest ingredients and using products sourced from the finest in Italy. Our Osso Buco is our signature dish and house specialty.

Our curated wine list is notable and among the most thoughtful in the valley. We also have a full bar featuring specialty cocktails.

The dress code for our restaurant is Elegant Casual. In general, this means comfortable, yet polished. Jeans, blouses, tailored shorts, skirts, dresses, collared shirts, sport coats are all welcome. Workout clothes, tank tops, and t-shirts or sweatshirts with large logos are not recommended.

We also offer complimentary valet parking Tuesday through Saturday, as our parking lot tends to fill up quickly.

We had a beautiful dinner for our 35th anniversary, including mushroom bisque, cioppino, and osso bucco. As usual, everything was amazing. As we were sitting there, enjoying our meal, we thought about the birthdays and anniversaries we’ve celebrated over the years at Gaetano’s. It’s been open for over 22 years and we’ve been coming at least a few times a year for that entire time. I remember when Gaetano would come by our table and talk to us, he really cared about his customers. His family has continued the tradition of authentic Italian cuisine, great service, and beautiful ambience. It’s definitely my favorite restaurant in Vegas.

The food, service, and atmosphere were top notch. Special shoutout to John from Hawaii, along with the back servers (I didn’t catch their names) and manager William, they all made the experience phenomenal. We had the Kitchen sink salad, steakhouse salad and Tuna poké, all were wonderful, dinner we had some Filets, cooked perfectly, accompanied by sides of Mac and cheese, asparagus, and bourbon mushrooms. For dessert, do yourself a favor and get the warm butter Toffee cake.

It now offers guests carefully selected wines and a curated cocktail program. The dining room is spacious and open. We have been to Craft Kitchen for Breakfast/Lunch several times, this was our first visit for dinner. We should not have waited so long, the food was great! Everything is made from scratch. This was one of the best meals that I have had in Vegas. The service was exceptional.

Dining at Trattoria Italia is like being transported to the real deal in Italy! There are so many authentic touches - from an incredible array of wines, real wood furnishings, servers with charming Italian accents, but most importantly, there is obvious pride in serving finest Italian cuisine! Their garlic knots are insanely fresh and delicious! Then for an opening appetizer we had the zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta and herbs, lightly breaded and fried. I wanted more but knew I wouldn’t have room for the entree! Once again we ordered the lobster ravioli - absolutely scrumptious! The sauce is just flat-out decadent! Our server, Rosella, was very gracious, and recommended their cannolis for dessert. We happily agreed! Rosella was unobtrusively attentive and helpful, yet we enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy a leisurely afternoon that felt like being in a trattoria in sunny Italy! We’ve been here before for dinner, when they have live musicians playing dinner music - so pleasant and enchanting! This is great neighborhood gem, and a wonderful place to bring any holiday guests if you’re running low on hostess ambition and stamina!

This was our first time at this restaurant. The server was very helpful and she explained different things on the menu . We had calamari for an appetizer followed by scallops for our meal. Then we shared a butter cake dessert that was suggested by the server. Overall , it was a very outstanding meal. The service was excellent and prices were reasonable.

We have dined here many times over the years and everything is always excellent except for the one pasta dish they have the tagliatelle is not very good, we have tried it twice with no success.
