I have been here about 10-12 times and have never wrote a review until now! The food is always delicious and comes out so fast. Hopstix boasts Robata Grill, Raw Bar and Beer Bar, a dining area that sits up to 85 people, and a 1100sf private room with a 12'x12' full view glass garage door that brings outdoor inside.

Robata originates from a centuries-old country style cooking by northern Japanese fishermen around a communal hearth (Irori) that serves both as a cooking area and a source of heat, found on the northernmost island of Japan, Hokkaido.

It was a lovely and easy early Friday dinner! I enjoyed the salmon curry (SUCH a lovely flavor) and my husband enjoyed a steak entree. Though the steak was initially undercooked, they resolved the issue with no problem and we both agree it was delicious!

It was good we ordered the French onion soup which was delicious and we each got a salad with grilled chicken. My salad was the fall Harvest it was ok the beets on the salad were not peeled correctly and they did not taste good. Our waiter was fine overall it was ok.

The food was amazing! No complaints besides the hookah girl had to take our order due to the server not coming for orders until 30 minutes later. Other than that, everything was good.
