We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here: it was magical. They have monthly theme that are based on state regional delicacies. This month was Massachusetts. The beer cheese and pretzels were amazing. The lobster mac and cheese was delicious! There was a Boston cream pie for dessert, but we went with the crème brûlée which was exceptional and because we were celebrating an anniversary there was a firecracker candle! Memorable experience. We will definitely return!!

Every aspect of our dining experience was perfection! Our server, Katie, was personable and professional and helped make our evening even better. The food was delicious and worth every cent. 1890's food presentation and decor are pure art! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Granbury. We will never miss it when traveling there.

La Bistro is one of a small handful of restaurants in the DFW area that dry-ages it's beef in-house. Our server and management was excellent. Two of our dishes had issues with one being the wrong meal ordered. It went back twice before it was corrected. The other dish was dry - fish tacos missing the sauce. Manager was very apologetic for the kitchen mishaps and compensated us for the errors. This will not prevent our party from returning there as we live the food and atmosphere.

If you haven’t checked out happy hour at Pinstrips, you are missing out!! Pigs in a blanket, ribs, chicken wings, fries, calamari!!!! These are the items we ordered and they were all top notch in addition to the perfect lemmocello martini. Wiley was the perfect sever, never letting the water glasses go dry! One of our fav places
